DescriptionOur customer is going through a large number of technology changes, especially related to bolstering their security standards, practices, tools, and team. This project manager will primarily support one department but will also engage with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure and security projects, driving project completion, gathering status updates to report back to Ramon (CIO/Vice Chancellor of IT), and ensuring teams can work effectively together. Key tasks involve continuing the onboarding of a Dell SOC at UTK and across the statewide system, rolling out a new IAM solution, deploying Intune for Windows machines, with Mac deployment, contributing to an upcoming network evolution project, and more as the customer strengthens their IT department.
