A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, People Analytics & Insights (remote).



Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage HR analytics projects and develop HR programs
Coach clients on data visualization tools and techniques to enhance their analytical capabilities


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
Five or more years of experience in HR analytics or a related consulting role
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
