A company is looking for an Investor Reporting Analyst II (FHLMC).



Key Responsibilities

Manage daily and monthly reporting operations for Freddie Mac and other investors, including remittances and exception corrections
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve reporting exceptions between servicing platforms and investor systems
Collaborate with servicing departments to enhance operational processes and assist with audits as needed


Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of GSE and FHLMC Gateway databases and servicing platforms
Proficiency in investor reporting principles, including exception management and timely remittance
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with the FHLMC Reporting and Remitting calendars More...
