Your work will ensure our clients start their experience with confidence and ease. - Welcome New Clients: Conduct onboarding calls to guide clients through their next steps.
- File Management: Collect, scan, and upload timeshare documents to Salesforce.
- Team Player: Assist with incoming mail, emails, chatters, and faxes - making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Process Improvement: Test systems and workflows to keep things running smoothly.
- Client Focused: Ensure all onboarding materials are completed and submitted, setting clients up for success.What You Bring:
