- Develop and implement effective processes for seamless collections and accounts receivable operations.
- Dive into data! Analyze trends, identify issues, and create solutions to improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to answer client account questions and provide top-notch service.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and establish best practices to meet delinquency and cashflow targets.

- 3+ years of experience in collections and team management.
- Proficiency with NetSuite or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address trends.

- A proven leader who can motivate teams to exceed performance goals.
- Deep knowledge of collection regulations and credit policies.Education:
