    The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $24 - $29.50 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

    Tasks and Qualifications:

    What You Will Do In This Role:
    • Prepares complex reports, correspondence, and/or statistics.
    • May design procedures, processes, techniques, or other applications that may be applied across work groups.
    • Manages parts and supplies usage and request.
    • Manages inventory including physical and cycle counts.
    • Works with Maintenance software for reports and trends.
    • Works with customer procurement directly for ordering.
    • Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them.

      What We Are Looking For:

      • Education - High School diploma required. Vocation/technical training or an Associate's degree is preferred.
      • Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
      • Able to evaluate and analyze:. System/equipment performance data, Perform root cause analysis, and Manage resolution of design-performance issues.
      • Experience (3+ years) working with enterprise software and understanding of standard work process
      • Data analysis experience in a facilities maintenance program, specifically in asset management and spare parts optimization
      • Reporting on issues and presenting resolutions to upper management
      • Customer service and project management experience within a warehouse environment
      • Proven written and verbal communication skills
      • Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
      • Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
