About This Role This Digital Factory Site Leader will be leading and driving the digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing setting. This involves adopting digital technologies like IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), ML (Machine Learning), and robotics in the factory setting. This person will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from factory floor workers to executive leadership, ensuring there is clear understanding and support for digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital factory projects.
- Drive regular sessions with business factory leadership to set priorities and align business objectives and Digital strategic plans.
- Collaborating with various departments such as digital, operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure the digital solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and operational needs.
- Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency through digital solutions.
- Responsible for managing the DT local budget OPEX / CAPEX planning as per the plant requirements while ensuring the appropriate tracking and execution to meet the annual goals. Also responsible for local IT vendor management / service fulfillment monitoring.
- Act as the main POC for IT Severity 1 incidents, providing local coordination and execution to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of digital experience in manufacturing and supply chain
- 5+ years of experience in the latest digital technologies; artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, IoT, and/or cloud computing
- 5+ years of experience in ERP, MES, and/or supply chain systems
