Key Responsibilities

Oversee the US Programs team and ensure successful implementation of programs aligned with the strategic plan
Lead business development and fundraising efforts, aiming for an annual cash-in goal of $3-5 million
Champion a culture of active participation and engagement within the organization


Required Qualifications

Minimum of fifteen years in non-profit program management, including five years in senior leadership roles
Experience managing US Government Grants
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public policy, nonprofit management, or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
