Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient and timely resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers
Act as a customer advocate by resolving complex concerns accurately and promptly
Prioritize workload to manage incoming calls and maintain schedules


Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
