A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from Customer Care associates and make outbound calls as needed
Assist the clinical pharmacist team with calls and provide guidance to Customer Care Associates
Monitor help desk tasks, manage customer complaints, and investigate pharmacy errors


Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License or ability to obtain one within 30 days
High school diploma or equivalent
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
Experience with computer and web-based tools (6+ months preferred)
