We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Step-Down Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Our Step-Down Unit provides care for patients transitioning from critical care units including Intensive Care Unit (ICU) but still requiring close monitoring and support. As a Step-Down RN, you will play a crucial role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients, offering high-quality care and compassionate support. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and complies with hospital policies.
