  • Radiology Technician position at Ascension Health in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Contract length: 13 weeks.
    Job Requirements
    • Current state licensure as a Radiology Technician.
    • Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
    • Fit Test required for all travelers.
    • Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination for Hepatitis B.
    • Flu season vaccination required, exemptions accepted with mask requirement.
    • Health Statement or completed physical exam required prior to first assignment.
    • Driver's License/State ID must match address on file.
    • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required prior to start.
    • Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines or serological evidence of immunity required.
    • Tdap vaccination must be valid for 10 years from administered date.
    • Ascension Profile required prior to submission.
    • At least two professional references required prior to first assignment.
    • Ascension Criminal Background Check Results required prior to first assignment.
    • Ascension EPLS must be run within 90 days of start.
    • Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start.
    • Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen required prior to start.
    • Ascension Badge Photo required prior to first assignment.
    • Ascension Education Verification required within 90 days of start.
    • Ascension Confirmation of Assignment required upon initial assignment.
