Office Manager position open with well-established construction and roofing company in Franklin, TN.



The client is seeking a Jack or Jane of all trades to create a cohesive team and continue their success the company has had for the last 20 years.



Responsibilities of the role:

-Maintaining/Creating client data base and utilizing to create unique and effective ways to assist clients in later needs.

-Working within the accounting functions, AP/AR

-Payroll for all staff

-Organization and updating with technology.

-Creating spreadsheets, sales reports etc when needed.

-Utilizing social media to create more of a presence within Franklin and surrounds areas.

-Create Marketing initiatives



Requirements:

-Experience managing a team

-Background in construction management

-Clean credit report

-Strong attention to detail and organization

-Excel Savvy
