WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications - Experience: OSP underground construction/maintenance experience: 2-4 years
- Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge: -Understand outside plant construction standards.
- Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, communication, adaptability, consistency
- Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to dig in all types of soil. Willingness to learn, handle tools and equipment, physical abilities like bending, squatting and lifting occasionally heavy material
- Travel Ability: Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record; you'll travel 80% of the time to complete projects at different sites
- Preferred Qualifications - Class A CDL (commercial driver's license)
- OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification
