Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and lead cross-functional strategy for key delegate vendor partners providing core benefit offerings
Select and manage strategic vendor partners to ensure clinically effective and cost-effective programs
Oversee the evaluation of opportunities for building internal capabilities versus outsourcing to external vendors


Required Qualifications

12+ years of program management experience with strategic partners
5+ years of experience in healthcare, including roles at consulting firms, PBM, or health plans
7+ years of experience leading people and teams
Experience with Vendor Management on behalf of health plans or Account Management for a vendor servicing health plans
