Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, TN, is seeking an additional Physiatrist for their medical staff. This independent contractor position will provide care to patients in our 64 bed facility while collaborating with our CEO, medical director, and clinical team in conformance with the facility's policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission.
