  • Licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee.
  • Graduate of an accredited institution of medicine with a degree of Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Completion of an approved residency program in the appropriate discipline of medical practice.
  • Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques. Maintain BLS, PALS, & ACLS certifications as applicableExperience
    • OB-GYN: 1 year (Preferred)
