Required Qualifications

5-6 years of hands-on experience executing CRM programs with technical implementations
Experience with complex marketing automation/CRM systems like Braze, ExactTarget, or Responsys
Deep expertise in customer segmentation, list management, and deliverability
Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple projects
