We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Responsibilities:

--- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
--- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
--- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
--- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
--- Attend appointments in sellers' homes to determine the best route to help them solve a problem and sell their home
--- Creativity is key! You must be a problem solver and someone who loves to help others in difficult situations. We are the best company with the most tools at our disposal to help sellers sell their properties

Qualifications:

--- Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
--- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
--- Hunger to learn and grow at a fast pace
--- Experience in the industry is not required. We focus more on the intangibles. You must have a strong bias for action, desire to learn and grow, think creatively.
--- Experience working with a CRM is ideal...Or if you are able to learn technology quickly that will work to your advantage.
--- If you do not have a strong desire to make 6 figures in sales, do not apply.
