Key Responsibilities

Drive renewal success in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts to optimize retention outcomes

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in driving on-time renewals in a SaaS organization
Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with internal teams
