As a Painting Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and detailed estimates for painting projects to clients. Also presenting the projects to customers and try to sell the job. This includes reviewing project specifications, gathering data, and using construction estimating software to calculate labor costs, material costs, and other expenses. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that estimates are completed on time and meet the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, leveraging their strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills to grow a book of business. Responsibilities:

--- Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
--- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
--- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
--- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
--- Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
--- To be able to estimate the job, write it up, and follow a follow-up process.

Qualifications:

--- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
--- You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
--- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
--- You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
--- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
--- Must complete DISC assessment to be considered a candidate
--- Must be located in DFW area
