Job SummaryResponsible for all aspects of managing the HR Business Partner department. Develops strategies resulting in the continuous improvement of these functions while providing outstanding service to internal customers. Leads a team of HR professionals that support the organization's overall strategic business needs, including talent and succession planning, performance management and employee relations. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. Develops procedures to ensure consistency and continuity throughout the company. Essential Functions

• Maintain a strong working relationship with key internal customers to develop strategic alliances.
• Build relationships with management and staff; develop strong understanding of their goals and challenges; anticipate, assess, and help to address systemic issues and align the people strategy with business objectives.
• Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure proper performance management, employee development, retention as well as succession planning.
• Drive organizational initiatives specific to the needs of the business unit and programs as required.
• Support the execution of a full range of HR duties from high-level strategy, program rollout and problem-solving.
• Assist in the prioritization of projects and planning for improvements. Recommend new ideas and approaches to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
• Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to business partners and leadership to continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Manage the resolution of employee issues; provide career counseling and management coaching.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support the drive for top talent while implementing best practices for organizational development and change management.
• Partner with Compensation and management on annual compensation planning.
• Lead, develop and coach the HR Business Partner team to support business groups to achieve business results.
• Inspire and support growth and learning for the HR Business Partner team. Education Description
  • Bachelor's degree required Experience
    • Requires a minimum seven (7) years of employee relations experience in HR, with a focus on employee dispute resolution, investigations, implementation of human resources initiatives and two or more of the following areas:
      • Talent Identification and Development
      • Strategic Workforce Planning
      • Leadership Coaching and Consulting
      • Diversity & Inclusion Compliance and Planning
