This role is crucial to our growth and success, as you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing top-producing real estate agents. You will act as a business consultant for these agents, showing them how their career will thrive within Exquisite, building lasting relationships and then introducing them to the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:
Identify and Recruit Top Talent:
--- Proactively source and identify high-performing real estate agents through various channels, including industry events, social media, networking, and referrals.
--- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract the best talent in the market.


Business Consulting:
--- Serve as a business consultant for recruited agents, providing them with insights, tools, and strategies to enhance their performance and grow their careers.
--- Conduct regular check-ins and business planning sessions with agents to ensure they are meeting their goals and leveraging the resources available at Exquisite Properties.


Relationship Building:
--- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing agents, understanding their career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development.
--- Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes long-term retention and satisfaction.


Market Knowledge:
--- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position Exquisite Properties as the premier choice for real estate professionals.
--- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to leadership to help shape recruitment strategies.


Onboarding and Training:
--- Coordinate and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and have access to necessary resources.
--- Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training programs that enhance agents' skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
--- Proven experience in real estate recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
--- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in luxury markets.
