Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, develop innovative solutions, and drive Salesforce projects.3. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades, ensuring the platform is always up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.4. Create and manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.5. Develop and implement data migration strategies and tools, ensuring accurate data transfer between systems.6. Provide training and support to Salesforce end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.7. Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track Salesforce platform performance and provide insights into business operations.8. Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities, ensuring the company leverages the platform's full capabilities.9. Work closely with the Salesforce team and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives.Qualifications:1. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or equivalent is required.2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in the technology industry.3. Proficient with Salesforce CRM, including the administrative tasks of creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.4. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.5. Experience in managing Salesforce security including sharing rules and security levels.6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.7. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead Salesforce projects and meet deadlines.8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.9. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.10.
