Job SummaryMidland Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities - Certification and Experience
- Current certification in a relevant area of specialty is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory setting is required.
- Comprehensive Assessment
- Conduct a thorough assessment of patients to identify potential problems and develop a plan of care.
- Collect and analyze data to inform nursing diagnoses and develop goals, teaching plans, and outcomes.
- Plan of Care
- Implement the plan of care, including beginning, delivering, assigning, or delegating interventions as needed.
- Evaluate patient outcomes and responses to therapeutic interventions, and make adjustments to the plan as necessary.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Education and Training
- Provide education and training to patients and families on health restoration, disease prevention, and wellness.
- License and Certification
- Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse is required.Requirements

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
