• Provide direct patient care in an Oncology setting, utilizing your expertise in medical-surgical nursing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.Requirements
  • Current Texas RN license or Multistate American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
  • Strong medical-surgical experience, with a focus on Oncology care.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
