Professional development and growth opportunities Qualifications and requirements Applicants are required to have graduated from an accredited nursing school and current state RN license. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification required. ACLS certification within 90 days of hire. PALS or EMPC required within 90 days of hire. TNCC required with in 1 year of hire. Handle with Care required within 90 days of hire. CEN (certified Emergency Room Nurse) certification preferred. One year of acute care experience preferred. Critical Care experience preferred.
