Nocturnist/Night

• Night Team / Nocturnist ( 7pm 7am)
• Covers all admissions at night (12-15 per night)
• Responds to calls from the floor at night (20+)
• No rounding
• Currently 2 nocturnists Full Time
• Most of the time two residents are available at night to help with up to 5 admissions each Contract Terms - Nocturnist:
  • Contract for 180 shifts per year (average of 15 shifts per month)
  • Base salary is $286,200
  • Additional shifts available and paid at $1,590 per shift
  • Productivity incentives

  • Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, long term disability and a 401K with 2% match (additional optional benefits available including dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, short term disability, etc.)
  • Three year contract with 90 day out clause
