Key Responsibilities

Drive processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements and metrics
Build relationships and serve as the point of contact for day-to-day contract activities
Coordinate efforts with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues


Required Qualifications

2+ years in customer, sales, or contract administration support
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
