Key Responsibilities

Serve as the in-house HR expert for the US, managing the PEO employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and payroll
Provide high-level support to PEO employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
Generate reports and administer HRIS while collaborating with product and operations teams to create scalable systems


Required Qualifications

7+ years of international HR professional experience in a fast-paced environment
3-5 years of PEO experience, including consulting and guiding multiple clients
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex HR issues
Data-driven approach to improving response times and employee experience
Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus More...
