Key Responsibilities

Oversee processes for efficient cash posting and manage interdepartmental communications with billing vendors and receivables
Monitor accounts receivable and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance with performance metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in medical/healthcare billing with strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations
5+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
Experience with third-party billing service providers or revenue cycle management software
