Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather requirements for successful implementation
Configure and implement employee benefits administration technology solutions
Train clients on the software and provide ongoing support as needed


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role
Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, with preferred experience with Everything Benefits
