A company is looking for a Tier 2 NOC Technician to provide IT system monitoring and service desk support.



Key Responsibilities

Provide troubleshooting and maintain customer satisfaction by identifying and reporting routine issues
Support continuous network performance monitoring and assist with incident triage and resolution
Perform system patching and compliance activities while documenting network problems and solutions


Required Qualifications

US Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance
High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of experience
Experience in Linux and Cloud Systems Administration
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA ticketing systems
