Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws and collective bargaining agreements
Represent the company before the National Labor Relations Board and manage labor arbitrations

Required Qualifications

JD degree and active state bar license
8-10 years of legal practice with a focus on labor law
