Administrative Network Support ASAP



Location: Westlake, TX 76262

Duration: 8+ months (possible to go from temp to perm#

Pay Rate: $20/hr





Requirements:



- Associates Degree

- 2-3 years of relevant experience #preferably with network organization#

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office

- Must be able to work as a part of a support staff in a technical office enviorment

- Ability to support a group of 8

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft #Purchasing System#

- Must be able to pass a background check #7 years# & drug screen





Description:



- Responsible for providing support to the network real estate & regulatory teams

- Receiving invoices

- Creating Purchase Orders

- Reviewing & Processing lease documents

- Uploading files to various databases

- Maintaining records

- Providing the highest possible quality & reliability in both clerical & technicals areas

- Interfacing w/ various departments #i.e. Engineering, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Construction, Legal Counsel, Construction, etc.)
