A top-tier MEP Engineering firm is currently looking for an Office Director/Senior Engineer for their MEP team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step into a leadership position with huge potential for career growth. This opportunity is for a motivated leader to direct their MEP team's growth and development efforts. Details of the position can be seen below.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leadership and direction of the office.
Supervise staff within the office and perform periodic performance reviews and goal-setting reviews.
Participate in company management and leadership activities.
Coordinate billing projections and invoicing with project managers and the accounting department.
Maintain existing relationships and develop new client relationships.
Direct and coordinate business development and proposal activity.
Manage full MEPT design team on select projects.
Serve as engineer of record and lead design activity on selected projects.
Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
PE License (preferred).
Ten years of progressively responsible experience in mechanical or electrical consulting engineering.
History of leadership roles such as a project manager, team lead, department supervisor, mentor, etc.
Requires in-depth knowledge of own discipline (electrical, mechanical, or technology) and a knowledge of construction in general.
