Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive support to the HR team on global employment law matters
Draft and review employment-related documents for compliance across jurisdictions
Coordinate with HR to manage employee relations concerns and investigations


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in employment law within a corporate in-house legal department
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a member in good standing of any state bar
Proven global experience, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS
Experience with California and global employment law
