The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of financial matters, from accounts payable to preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and bookkeeping. Responsibilities:1. Managing accounts payable, ensuring all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner2. Preparing comprehensive financial statements 3. Utilizing QuickBooks for accounting processes4. Recording journal entries, maintaining an accurate record of all financial transactions5. Performing bookkeeping duties, including managing ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports6. Manage bill payments 7. Assist with tax preparations Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience 2. Proficiency in QuickBooks3. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills5.
