Key Responsibilities

Design and manage high-converting email and SMS campaigns for customer retention

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing in a B2C environment
Experience managing large contact databases (1M+ contacts preferred)
Proven expertise in customer communications across email and SMS platforms, with a preference for Klaviyo and Attentive
Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes in customer retention and revenue growth
