A company is looking for a Staffing Consultant to analyze physician staffing needs and manage locum tenens assignments for business clients.



Key Responsibilities

Engage clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate staffing solutions
Recruit new providers and market available locum tenens assignments to them
Maintain accurate information in the company database and provide regular reports on activities


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
One to three years of experience in telemarketing, sales, staffing, and/or marketing
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
