This role will involve overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various industrial and commercial projects from the ground up, including manufacturing buildings. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating all stages of the construction process, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standard, on schedule, and within budget.Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and foundation work through to completion.
- Direct and supervise workers on the construction site to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and correctly.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and staff, ensuring everyone is clear on their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Ensure all construction works comply with relevant building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, identifying any issues or delays and implementing solutions.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, costs, and any issues or delays.
