As a Defense Attorney you will be responsible for representing clients in court and virtually, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients. You will also be responsible for preparing legal briefs, motions, and pleadings, and conducting depositions.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of personal injury law, product liability and insurance coverageExperience providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and negotiatingExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in personal injury litigation is a plusJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolCurrent license to practice law in TexasInterested in hearing more?
