Key Responsibilities

Build and own major data-driven initiatives
Analyze internal and external data sources to improve Block Engine performance
Inspect the Solana network to identify engineering bottlenecks


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with data infrastructure and tooling (Clickhouse, Influx, Grafana)
Experience with high-performance databases
Experience writing robust and correct code
