A Day in the LifeAs a Residential Supervisor, you'll lead a team of youth care workers and be a mentor and advocate for young people, helping them reach their goals and build life skills. Every day's a little different-you'll be supervising staff, running therapeutic groups, teaching routines, and working on positive behavior strategies. From taking youth to appointments to engaging in fun activities, your role is all about creating a safe, supportive space for them to thrive.
Who We're Looking ForWe need someone who's got a big heart, a strong sense of integrity, and great communication skills. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be ready to step up as a role model for both staff and residents. If you're 21+, have a bachelor's degree, and at least a year of supervisory experience, we'd love to hear from you! We'll teach you the rest.
