Develop and update talent acquisition processes and sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

At least 10+ years of experience in government contract recruiting
Proven work experience as a Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition Manager
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
