Key Responsibilities

Assess organizational staffing and identify requirements to meet workforce objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of Workforce Management experience, with 4 years in a back-office environment
2 or more years of project leadership experience across multiple markets/regions/LOBs
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
