A company is looking for an Oracle Database Administrator to support and manage database systems in a mixed technology environment.



Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, patch, and upgrade database servers with a focus on Oracle server production support
Develop, manage, and test backup and recovery plans while ensuring storage and archiving processes are functioning correctly
Conduct performance monitoring and tuning operations, and provide 24x7 on-call support as needed


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5-6+ years of experience in building and administering high-performance OLTP databases (Oracle and/or SQL Server)
5-6+ years of experience developing PL/SQL or T-SQL solutions for complex software projects
3+ years of experience administering database security protocols
Knowledge of Oracle 11g and 12c, and SQL Server 2014+
