- Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Electrical Engineer to join our vibrant Product Development team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation and evolution of cutting-edge products in the HVAC industry. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, and modification of electrical components, equipment, and systems. This position requires a combination of strong technical skills and creative thinking, with a focus on practical application and problem-solving.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and provide a written analysis of the "product definition" document to assess the technical feasibility of the proposed project.
- Perform all required engineering calculations to determine performance metrics.
- Create initial conceptual drawings of the project design.
- Oversee the construction of prototypes.
- Develop and conduct tests to verify that the prototype design meets established standards and adheres to sound engineering practices.
- Prepare bills of materials (BOMs) for the new product.
- Supply engineering performance data to support the creation of marketing literature for the final product configuration.
- Coordinate testing with regulatory agencies and secure the necessary approvals for the new product.
- Travel may be required to manage and oversee final product testing and agency approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with all Quality and Environmental Management System policies, objectives, and obligations.
- Perform additional related tasks and responsibilities as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required
