Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives in partner relationship management
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in partnership development or business development in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven track record of managing successful partnerships with SIs and ISVs in the Salesforce ecosystem
