Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for external clients regarding product requests and support
Prepare and analyze PDE submissions to CMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Build strong relationships with clients and assist in resolving their inquiries and concerns


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or formal training beyond high school required
3-4 years of customer service and industry experience, preferably in health plans or PBM
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
Experience in a pharmacy support role is a plus
Knowledge of Medicare Part D guidelines and benefit structures is required More...
